Players sit opposite each other with two rows of six pits and a store at each end. Each pit starts with a set number of seeds; on a turn a player picks up all seeds from one of their pits and sows them counterclockwise, dropping one seed per pit and into their own store but skipping the opponent’s store. If the last seed lands in the player’s store, the player takes another turn. If it lands in an empty pit on the player’s side, the player captures that seed plus any seeds in the directly opposite pit and places them in their store. Play continues until one side’s six pits are empty; the opponent then captures any remaining seeds. The player with the most seeds in their store wins.
