1998 · Card Game
Quiddler
Players build words from ever‑increasing hands of letter cards over eight rounds. Each round deals one more card per player than the last, and cards bear one or two letters plus point values. On a turn, a player draws from the deck or discard pile and discards a card. When a player arranges all but one card into valid words (each word using at least two cards), they may go out; other players take one final turn and then play as many cards as they can. Scoring adds point values for cards used in words, subtracts points for remaining cards, and awards 10‑point bonuses for the most words and the longest word. A solo variant is included.
