Kalua
Players take the role of one of five deities worshipped on a tropical island and vie to make their religion dominant. Each turn, gods grant boons such as good harvests and fair weather or inflict disasters like famine, epidemics and floods; these effects alter the island’s population and the loyalties of followers. Actions and event outcomes drive conversions as players try to attract adherents from rival faiths while managing the island’s wellbeing. Play continues until one religion absorbs all others and becomes the sole faith on the island.
