This large-scale simulation covers the German offensive and Soviet defense across northern, central, and southern sectors, with scenarios for each area and a full campaign. Players command German regiments and Soviet divisions over 16 daily turns, managing movement and combat across a 2.7-mile-per-hex map. Unit strength is determined randomly when units first enter combat, creating fog of war. Weather affects operations, with snow halving the movement and combat values of non-winterized German units.
