Parade

Players build a peculiar parade by playing character cards to the end of a procession. Each turn a player places one card from a five-card hand; cards that no longer fit the parade’s rules fall off and become negative points in that player’s score. Which cards fall is determined by the parade’s length and the played card’s color and number: fallen cards are taken from the tail of the line and only if they share the played card’s color or have a number less than or equal to it. The game ends when the deck runs out or a player collects all six colors in their point piles, followed by a final card-selection phase. Cards normally count as negative points equal to their numbers, but majority control of a color reduces each card of that color to one negative point, so players manage colors and timing to minimize penalties.
