Players act as hotel developers competing to build the most attractive hotel before a fixed opening date. Cards represent location, floors, amenities and customers; players draft and play cards to add floors, install luxury features and meet guest needs. Bonuses reward specific achievements such as tallest building or the most luxurious top floor, and players must balance research and construction timing to avoid wasting actions. The game resolves scoring after the deadline to determine which hotel best meets location advantages and customer demands.
