Queens & Kings ...A Checkers Game
An abstract strategy game for two or four players that combines checkers-style movement with special Queen and King pieces. Players begin with nine pieces that move forward along a diagonal grid. Capturing the Queen scepter in the center of the board introduces a King, which moves one space diagonally in any direction. Reaching the opposite end promotes a piece to a Queen, allowing it to fly diagonally across the board and capture opposing pieces in its path. In four-player team mode, coordinated play is required to defeat the opposing team. Queens and Kings remain in play until captured or the game ends.
