Room Share
Players act as intermediaries arranging roommates to save on rent during a housing crunch. On each turn, players introduce apartments that fit up to three occupants, draft or place tenant tokens, and manage shared rooms to maximize total rent savings. Exceeding four people in a single room triggers penalties as the landlord removes the occupants. The game resolves scoring by comparing each player’s rooms and calculated savings; players also use actions that can disrupt opponents’ arrangements to improve their relative rank.
