2014 · Card Game
ROX
Players act as druids competing to restore balance among five elemental colors. Sixty cards lie face up in a pool; each card shows a central totem color and a border patterned with sixteen colored symbols. On a turn, a player selects a card, reads the border to determine the most prominent color or symbol, then takes a card of that color and repeats until they have placed five cards in a sequence. When everyone has completed a sequence, the first finisher uses a verification card to check whether each chosen color follows the border clues; a correct verification earns the player the highest-value card for that round, while a mistake yields no reward. Play continues for a fixed number of rounds and the player with the most points at the end wins.
