Set during Japan’s Sengoku period, the game places players in the roles of samurai vassals competing for their daimyo’s favor amid rival warlords and shifting alliances. Players simultaneously propose policies, negotiate alliances, and use deception to advance their position. The first to earn the daimyo’s trust can claim victory, while carefully timed betrayals may allow a player to seize success alone.
