Sixteen Thirty Something

An abstract game of the changing political and military landscape of the early seventeenth century, during the Thirty Years’ War. Players lead emerging financial dynasties, manage investments across Europe, and build influence with the continent’s crowned heads. Through political maneuvering, players seek to persuade nations to launch campaigns, engage in warfare, and resolve internal power struggles in ways that improve their own fortunes or hinder their competitors. The game includes cards, counters, and a board; six-sided dice are also required.
