Southern Rails

Southern Rails is a board game for 3–5 players. It plays in 60 minutes and is meant for ages 14 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 5. The cheapest copy in stock is $21.42 (United States).

Expand railroad networks across a map of the southeastern United States while collecting stock in competing companies. Players place track cubes for railroads in which they own stock, building adjacent networks and increasing revenue by connecting to colored cities. When a railroad reaches ten cubes, companies score for criteria such as highest revenue, fewest shares, largest network, and most cities of a particular color. Stockholders gain the points scored by their companies, with player order and stock selections changing between rounds. After four scoring rounds, the player with the most points wins.
