Build and expand a territory with new artwork and deluxe components. Govern one of 14 groups, terraform neighboring lands, develop buildings and resources, advance through four religious cults, and use special abilities to establish control. The game offers open information and strategic planning without luck, while proximity to rival groups provides power but limits expansion. Integrated solo rules allow play with the core box alone.
