The Queen's Dilemma
Players sit on the Queen’s Council and guide their chosen persona through a branching political narrative across a campaign of linked scenarios. Each player controls a character with unique abilities, holdings, secret objectives and personal story paths, and they vote on Dilemma cards that present crises and policy choices affecting the realm. Decisions shift six opposing ideological axes, alter the kingdom map, unlock new rules and reveal long-term consequences tracked by keywords. Players also manage resources, develop buildings, trade, and mobilize military or civil power to protect their interests as the story evolves over multiple sessions.
