Urban Insanity
Players build a changing city map by drawing an action card and placing a tile each turn. They cooperate while developing the city, then compete to score points for completing blocks, streets, suburbs, and stadiums. The game includes 128 gameplay variations, with optional expansions adding scenarios such as mobster turf wars, alien invasions, and city fires.
