Beneath the Festered Sun (5E)

This 3rd-level 5E adventure takes place in a decaying, Egyptian-style kingdom where an ancient curse is unleashed beneath a rare celestial conjunction. As a scorching affliction spreads through the city and officials struggle to respond, the characters investigate a silenced warning and the long-delayed revenge of a dead priestess and her immortal consort. The adventure combines dungeon exploration, mysteries, intrigue, and battles in and around the necropolis of Owot-ti. To save the city before the Festered Sun sets, the characters must confront its buried history and destroy the cursed avatars of an enemy from ages past.
