Players take the roles of burghers in 19th-century Frankfurt, as the city expands beyond its medieval fortifications. They develop parks, residential districts, industrial areas, museums, foundations, and other institutions through a range of construction projects. Players select building tiles and use coins, cranes, and builder tiles to complete projects and earn Fame Points. The player with the most Fame Points at the end wins.
