Rules for running ship-to-ship combat alongside standard 5e encounters. Players operate weapons, direct crew, and respond to hazards while their actions influence the wider battle between vessels. The system covers naval attacks and damage while leaving room for encounters aboard the ships, including fires, crew members going overboard, and enemies boarding from the sea. It is designed to add maritime combat without replacing the familiar flow of character-scale combat.
