Carcassonne: The Land Surveyors

Surveyors change the value of cities, roads, and monasteries as they are scored. Create a stack of surveyor tiles for each feature, with one active tile and one next in line. When at least one feature scores, resolve the active tiles, then move them to the bottom of their stacks and reveal the next tiles. Bonuses and penalties make the timing of scoring an important part of play.
