Cthulhu Gloom: Unpleasant Dreams

Players guide ill-fated investigators through encounters with cosmic horrors and creeping madness, using transparent cards to layer morbid Modifiers, Events, Stories, Transformations, and Untimely Deaths onto characters. This expansion introduces Dreamlands-themed content that mixes into the base game, adds a new family tied to the Dreamlands, and provides two face-up Unwelcome Guest character cards that migrate between families when their trigger card types are played. Components expand player count to six and create shifting alliances and delayed endings as Guests carry Modifiers with them and change which family counts toward victory.
