This expanded campaign setting details the Tyr Region and distant locations including the Jagged Cliffs, Last Sea, Kreen Empire, and Dead Land. It includes revised rules, new character races, expanded wizard options, a streamlined psionics system, a 3rd- to 5th-level adventure, poster maps, and a Dungeon Master screen.
