Kodama Duo

Two players alternately build small family trees by adding branch cards to a shared trunk over three seasons (12 turns). Each season begins with a Decree card that sets scoring conditions; during the Growing Phase one player reveals three branch cards and splits them into two piles while the other chooses a pile. Each player then adds one branch card from their pile to their tree, with any extra discarded. Discarded cards grant spirit tokens that correspond to card features; players place those tokens on icons in their trees to modify future scoring and chain interactions. The game also includes revised rules for simultaneous drafting and placement when expanded to more players.
