This variant fantasy roleplaying handbook expands and revises an earlier rules set for campaigns shaped by the return of dragons. It can replace or supplement a standard core player’s handbook, providing options for character creation, advancement, and high-level play up to 25th level. The book introduces the dragonlike dracha race, the ritual warrior class, new champion types, totem warrior abilities, prestige classes, combat rites, spells, spell templates, feats, manifestations, equipment, and evolved versions of existing races. It also includes 10th-level spells, updated rules, and material from several related supplements in one full-color volume.
