Mumbai Estate

Players secretly receive one of five house colors and build houses on a 5×5 city grid. Each turn, a die is placed on one of six windows to select an action; the same action cannot be used twice in succession. Colored windows add a house of the matching color adjacent to an existing house, with a direction marker determining whether placement is horizontal or vertical. A color chart restricts which house colors may be placed next to one another. The first player to build all houses in their secret color wins.
