Players represent competing districts of a medieval Ligurian fishing town, juggling maritime rivalry and merchant ambition. Each round, players secretly allocate coins as bids on four actions; winning bids grant bonuses and allow construction of tower floors for one’s district. After bidding, players resolve a real-time dice-rolling regatta to determine fishing order: the race winner draws from the best fish deck while others draw from progressively worse decks, and event cards (storms, raids) can disrupt progress. The game ends when a player reaches six tower floors or after the final round; the player with the tallest tower wins.
