Objective: Schmidt

This historical tactical wargame depicts the U.S. 28th Infantry Division’s battles for Schmidt, Kommerscheidt, and Vossenack in the Hurtgen Forest during early November 1944. It includes 17 scenarios, covering the fighting at Vossenack and Schmidt/Kommerscheidt, plus a seven-date campaign game focused on Kommerscheidt. Six historical map sheets recreate the battlefield, while historical battle rules, vehicle and ordnance notes, terrain rules, campaign rules, and an article on slopes support play. Beyond Valor and Yanks are required to play all scenarios.
