On Downtime and Demesnes (Basic)

A rules supplement for fantasy roleplaying campaigns that provides procedures for character downtime and long-term projects. Players can spend resources on goals such as founding cults, making sacrifices, hiring mercenaries, building vehicles, establishing strongholds, raising fortifications, and controlling land. The book includes scalable rules for projects such as enchanting a flying ship, constructing a wizard’s tower, and managing arena fights, including purses, crowds, arenas, and opponents. These objectives give characters ways to develop a dynasty, shape the setting, and create new reasons to pursue adventures.
