Panzer: The Game of Small Unit Actions and Combined Arms Operations on the Eastern Front 1943-44

A tactical wargame of small-unit actions and combined-arms operations on the Eastern Front in 1943–44. Players command platoon- to battalion-sized forces including individual vehicles, towed guns, infantry squads and aircraft represented by double-sided counters and unit data cards. The rules form a modular system with Basic, Advanced and Optional layers that can be combined for simpler or more detailed play. Combat resolves with detailed vehicle hit locations, armor angles and penetration charts; ammunition types, sighting, overwatch, rate-of-fire and indirect fire are modeled. A chit-based command system governs activation, and the box includes maps, scenarios, unit cards and player aids to support scenario play.
