Players compete to be the last survivor by managing a shared Revolver token stack and their own three Skill tokens, which double as abilities and lives. On a turn a player either shoots—drawing from a stack with seven “clicks” and one “bang”—or activates one of their skill tokens, which is then turned face down. Skills let players manipulate turn order, reorder the shot stack, cancel effects, force extra shots, and more. Revealing a click flips one of the player’s skill tokens face up; revealing a bang! causes the loss of a face-up skill token. A player is eliminated if a bang! hits while all skills are face down or if they have no tokens remaining.
