This supplement focuses on hedge wizards and psychics who operate on the edges of supernatural society, using innate gifts or intensive study to pursue personal goals, protect their communities, or gain power. Most remain outside the conflict among the major mage factions. It provides rules for creating sorcerer characters, using hedge-magic Paths and psychic phenomena, and incorporating them into a chronicle. It also includes twenty affiliations, new Merits and Flaws, artifacts, and guidance for running stories centered on these practitioners.
