The Haunting of Burton Manor

A modern horror one-shot for 2–6 players and a Game Master. Set in the town of Wychwood, the scenario follows paranormal investigators sent to a house where cold spots, moving objects, and other disturbances suggest that the local ghost stories may be real. The Game Master guides players through a structured investigation involving five NPCs, a vengeful monster, four dangerous rooms, weapons, ghost-hunting equipment, and a newspaper clue. The included story beats, dialogue, encounter guidance, and reference sheet support both new and experienced Game Masters.
