You get up to 2 re-rolls for a total of 3 rolls and you may re-roll any dice, including ones you previously set aside; after the third roll the dice are locked in (page 1).

Yes — ingredients taken from the wok can be placed in your Fridge and used to cook during the same market round, and when you cross off a Fridge ingredient it is removed from the common supply until the next market (page 1).

Recipe Books are single-use (you use the whole recipe once), but you can gain a Specialty Skill to convert Recipe Books into the listed ingredient and that conversion applies immediately (even the same turn); gaining a Specialty Skill costs one bonus action (page 1).

Most dish servings must be crossed off from top to bottom, but dish platters (e.g., Meat, Vegetable, Seafood platters) may have their servings crossed off in any order and completing a platter gives bonus taste points (page 1).

The game ends on the turn when at least one player has completed any combination of 3 dishes (House Specials don't count); score normally and in a tie the player first clockwise from the starting player wins (page 2).
