¡Adiós Calavera!

Players compete as two opposing groups racing to escort eight pieces off the far edge of a roughly 9×9 board. Each player places their pieces along one edge, seated at a right angle to the opponent rather than directly opposite. On a turn, a player moves one piece. Movement points equal the number of pieces on the orthogonal line in the piece’s movement direction, counting both sides’ pieces and the piece itself. Several pieces have unique abilities that modify movement, allow swaps, or bypass obstacles. The first player to evacuate all eight pieces across the opponent’s side wins.
