Re-implements To The Last Man. This strategic-level card-driven wargame covers all aspects of World War I on the Eastern Front. Players alternate playing cards and moving units, using cards for combat, replacements, and technological, military, and political events. Both players roll dice in combat, keeping the action interactive throughout each turn. Resources such as ammunition, reserves, and planning are limited, requiring players to manage their forces and prepare for major offensives. Scenarios cover each year from 1914 to 1917, a hypothetical 1918 campaign, and prewar plans. Rules include great offensives, stormtroopers, tanks, gas attacks, cavalry, air battles, reserves, siege guns, forts, and events on other fronts.
