Batman: Gotham City Chronicles

One player runs the villainous forces and the others control a team of heroes in scenarios set across Gotham City. Heroes spend energy to perform actions—melee and ranged attacks, gadget uses, bomb defusal and more—and recover varying amounts of energy each turn depending on their stance; damage shifts energy into a wound pool and characters knocked out must recover before acting again. Abilities use colored dice of different strengths, with higher energy expenditure allowing more and better dice rolls. The villain player activates henchmen and iconic villains from a command line of tiles whose activation cost shifts as tiles move; a two-player Versus Mode gives each side its own command board and draftable roster.
