Two players reenact the colonial struggle in North America during the mid-18th century, with one side representing British forces and the other the French and most Indian allies. Play follows a card-driven system where each action round players draw and choose cards to determine action points, events and initiative; action points let players activate stacks to move along point-to-point routes and sea zones, conduct raids, fight battles and lay siege. Logistics rounds handle fleet arrivals, enlistment and winter quarters. Asymmetrical capabilities shape choices: British rely on numbers and the French use Indian alliances and frontier tactics. Victory comes from controlling key spaces, inflicting losses, or— for the French—achieving raid objectives. The game supports multi-player split commands and solitaire play.
