Players race three apple carts through a plague-stricken medieval town, trying to be the first cart to leave filled only with healthy villagers. Each turn involves moving carts, loading and unloading villagers, and managing limited actions while watching for hidden infections among passengers. Some villagers secretly carry the disease and hide symptoms; players must deduce who is infected and manipulate seating and timing to avoid riding with them. The game blends cooperative elements, racing strategy, and social deduction as players balance self-preservation with short-term alliances and opportunistic play.
