Players take on distinct fantasy archetypes — barbarian, paladin, rogue, or wizard — and fight until only one character remains. Each player chooses a deck that represents a character’s unique abilities and plays cards to deal damage, heal, gain defenses, or trigger special effects that interact with other players. Rounds proceed by drawing and playing cards to manage hit points and outmaneuver opponents, with some cards swapping health, damaging multiple players, or providing protective buffs. Games focus on fast card play, tactical choices about who to target, and leveraging each character’s signature powers.
