Fate of the Elder Gods: Azathoth

This promotional content adds Azathoth as an advanced-play Elder God. Its unique passive Dark Gift makes Elder Signs increase its power, creating a difficult effect for cults to control or stop. While serving this Outer God, players encourage other cults to visit the Streets of Arkham and send Investigators their way, helping to Hasten Doom. It is recommended for later games rather than introductory play.
