Maria

Command armies and manage diplomacy during the War of the Austrian Succession in this primarily three-player wargame. One side controls Austria, the second controls France and Bavaria, and the third controls Prussia together with the Pragmatic Army (Britain, Hanover and the Netherlands), with play split between a Flanders map and a Bohemia map. Players conduct maneuver warfare, siege and fortress operations, force marches and cavalry actions, while resolving political events such as the imperial election, Saxony’s betrayal and Prussia’s annexation of Silesia. Tactical cards and timing of engagements shape outcomes. Two play options are provided: a shorter introductory game or a longer advanced campaign with simultaneous theaters.

I don't know many wargames yet, but apparently this would be the best one on the light side for three players. Rightly so, as it does away with complex rules, keeps everything pretty elegant and leaves space for negotiation and bluffing
