Monopoly Deal Pocket

A compact card game that condenses fast-paced property trading into a short playtime. Players draw and play cards to collect complete property sets while using action cards to demand payment, steal properties, or interfere with opponents. The deck contains fewer cards than the full version, including property cards, wildcards, money and action cards, and a small number of special Forced Purchase cards. Play supports two to three players and typically finishes in about 15 minutes.

Fun set collection but take-that mechanics encourage targeting players with least defenses, which would usually be the player in last place in 3/4 player games. So while I imagine it's most balanced at 2, at 3/4 the game is encouraging rich eating the poor. So that is very Monopoly?
