Players work as doctors and nurses in a fast-paced hospital, admitting, diagnosing and treating incoming patients under tight time constraints. The game uses worker-placement via hourglasses: each player controls a Doctor hourglass while four shared Nurse hourglasses supply medicines and equipment. Placing an hourglass on an action space blocks it until the sand runs out, so timing and coordination determine which exams, immediate care actions and surgeries can be performed. Sessions run as short real-time rounds, requiring cooperative planning to balance diagnostics, treatments and operating-room time while managing limited personnel and resources.
