The Rivals for Catan: Heiko the Master Swimmer

A special action card that represents a champion swimmer at a festival. When the current event is Celebration, the card grants a one-time construction discount during the owner’s build phase: reduce the cost of building either a road, a settlement, or a city by any two resources of the owner’s choice. The card functions as a limited promotional item tied to a specific convention release and does not change other game rules or events.
