Twisted Cryptids

Players take the role of cryptid creatures with unique powers and preferred hiding spots, competing to build reputation as a legend among humans. On each turn, players play Action cards to stage hoaxes, set decoys, lurk in shadows, or react to being spotted by hunters, hikers, and researchers moving through the wilderness. Players receive Hidden Trait cards that provide secret objectives for earning bonus Myth points, and manage Sightings stacks that affect endgame scoring. After a fixed number of rounds, remaining Sightings and Hidden Traits are revealed and players total their Myth; the highest Myth score wins.
