An Imbalance of Power

Players command factions on an inhabited planet rich in durallium and work to secure control for the Empire by manipulating local politics and military force. Gameplay mixes area control, asymmetric faction abilities, and conflict resolution as players provoke and exploit a civil war to install a compliant regime. Actions include moving units, influencing native populations, allocating resources, and resolving battles through tactical conflict mechanisms and card-driven events. Victory depends on efficiently extracting durallium and installing a dominant faction while managing instability and competition from other players.
