The Horned Skull goblins have been displaced by the Red Blade orcs and are moving through the region, bringing disease and violence. With established communities too weak to respond directly, adventurers are recruited to address the growing threat and determine whether the goblins are refugees, raiders, or both. This Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition adventure is designed for 1–8 second-level characters and forms the second episode in the Red Blade War series.
