The set introduces the Criminal Runner Nero Severn, along with a new console, consumer-grade hardware, and informants that support gathering and selling compromising information. Jinteki works to control the debate over clone rights, while Haas-Bioroid promotes clone suffrage and voting-machine initiatives. New cards explore blackmail, coercion, surveillance, and political maneuvering as corporations, activists, and local officials compete for public support.
