This supplement presents a pre-generated super-villain for a Mutants & Masterminds campaign. Angrrl is a super-strong extremist leading an army of female followers in a crusade against men and the culture she considers oppressive. The character can appear as a brief cameo or recurring antagonist, with game statistics provided at Power Levels 10, 13, and 15 for use in campaigns of varying power.
