Apothecaries and Alchemists

This fantasy roleplaying supplement provides twelve apothecary shops, each with a cast of NPCs, detailed backstories, and story seeds for use in an existing campaign or as locations for unexpected adventures. The shops and their characters are designed to fit a range of fantasy settings using standard races and monsters. The supplement includes more than 50 NPCs ranging from level 1 to 18, along with expanded alchemy items, rules for Heroic and Reconstructive Surgery, and systems for creating custom poisons, patent medicines, and medicinal teas.
