Investigators arrive from outside Innsmouth to probe a rising conspiracy tied to secrets beneath the waves. This expansion adds five investigators—each with a unique role and investigator card—and includes player cards and customization options from the Innsmouth cycle. Players field investigators who grant blessings as a nun, research as a student, operate covertly as a spy, perform tricks as a magician, or sail and navigate coastal dangers as a sailor. Cards enable building or enhancing investigator decks for use in any scenario or campaign, expanding options for skills, assets, and playstyles tied to the Innsmouth setting.
